Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Traffic on a friday afternoon was awful as expected but our driver was careful and took ALL the stress out of the trip. I was impressed with Heathrow Taxi Transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers having been disappointed in the past with other online companies but found Heathrow Taxi Transfers to be really reliable. This was a transfer from a rural location post wedding and they found the location with ease, sent me all details of the driver in good time and the driver was professional and patient with us party people! I have been using Heathrow Taxi Transfers for years and have found them to be extremely reliable. There were times when the pick up at the airport were slightly late but they will call and say that they were on their way. My appreciation for them went up 10 time with this latest booking. I booked a saloon car for my daughter from Central London to Heathrow Airport for a morning flight. My son overslept and the driver had actually waited for more than 2 hour for him. Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London. Even drove us passed some famous sights on the way. Always kept us informed re traffic and any extra delays. Would definitely use this Heathrow Taxi Transfers service again.

Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.
