Excellent service for getting to the Heathrow airport
Excellent service, I used Heathrow Taxi Transfers cars to get to Heathrow airport. We received a message in advance about who our driver was and his number if we needed to reach him. The driver came in time to get our suitcases in the car and ready to leave by the time we requested. He helped us load and unload our suitcases and put them in the trolleys for us. He was very friendly and chatty, extremely polite, would definitely recommend this [ccompany]!

Authentic and fast airport trasfer
The driver arrived 20 min before the supposed pick-up time, but he just messaged me to inform me of his location and waited for me to go down at the correct time. He then drove through the all London fast but respecting all the speed limits and we reached Heathrow Airport in around 53 min. He was wearing a mask and the car was need and clean. I am satisfied with this Heathrow Taxi Transfers service!

Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Traffic on a friday afternoon was awful as expected but our driver was careful and took ALL the stress out of the trip. My return flight landed an hour early and so I was able to reply to the driver’s text message and he arrived very promptly to collect me. It was my first time using the cab service and the experience was really good, Heathrow Taxi Transfers website is easy to use, i booked an early pick up the night before, next morning got a call from Heathrow Taxi Transfers as the operator didnt pick up the phone to confirm they transfered my booking to another (more expensive) provider at no cost for me and made sure they knew the time of my flight. Thank you for the great service, driver was on time, waiting at our hotel lobby as stated with my name on a board for reference. Very pleasant driver with an Mercedes van, drove us back home in no time. The booking experience is quite easy, the fact you have live chat support makes it even better, not always wanting to make a phone call at 2 in the morning. We received all the required information by email and text prior to travel, great customer support and would definitely use them again without second thoughts when in need of a transport option between London and the airport.

I have been using Heathrow Taxi Transfers for years and have found them to be extremely reliable. There were times when the pick up at the airport were slightly late but they will call and say that they were on their way. My appreciation for them went up 10 time with this latest booking. Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London.
