My return flight landed an hour early and so I was able to reply to the driver’s text message and he arrived very promptly to collect me. I have been using Heathrow Taxi Transfers for years and have found them to be extremely reliable. There were times when the pick up at the airport were slightly late but they will call and say that they were on their way. My appreciation for them went up 10 time with this latest booking. I booked a saloon car for my daughter from Central London to Heathrow Airport for a morning flight. My son overslept and the driver had actually waited for more than 2 hour for him. Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London.
