Driver on time and overall great journey
I had not used this Heathrow Taxi Transfers before but they seemed to have a good rating and were much better value than the comparative quotes. I was slightly cautious but I have to say they lived up to all the reviews. My driver was twenty minutes late but the office kept me informed and I had booked in good time so it did not impact my journey. Excellent service, I used Heathrow Taxi Transfers cars to get to Heathrow airport. We received a message in advance about who our driver was and his number if we needed to reach him. The driver came in time to get our suitcases in the car and ready to leave by the time we requested. He helped us load and unload our suitcases and put them in the trolleys for us. He was very friendly and chatty, extremely polite, would definitely recommend this [ccompany]!

My return flight landed an hour early and so I was able to reply to the driver’s text message and he arrived very promptly to collect me. Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Authentic and fast airport trasfer
The driver arrived 20 min before the supposed pick-up time, but he just messaged me to inform me of his location and waited for me to go down at the correct time. He then drove through the all London fast but respecting all the speed limits and we reached Heathrow Airport in around 53 min. He was wearing a mask and the car was need and clean. Used for the first time yesterday to arrange outward and return journeys with Heathrow Taxi Transfers of Derby. Very easy to book and pay. Excellent experience for my family of 5 traveling from Heathrow Airport to Manchester! The Heathrow Taxi Transfers was very professional especially as I was organizing from the Canada. The car arrived on time to meet our flight it was a private van there was plenty of room for our 6 suitcases after a long flight and time change this was an excellent way to travel. We were so happy we made a third booking from London to Heathrow Airport for our flight out, on both trips we were sent driver and car info the day before and GPS tracking as the driver was heading to pickup location.
