I was impressed with Heathrow Taxi Transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers having been disappointed in the past with other online companies but found Heathrow Taxi Transfers to be really reliable. This was a transfer from a rural location post wedding and they found the location with ease, sent me all details of the driver in good time and the driver was professional and patient with us party people! I rated 5 star.

My driver, adeel, was waiting at the due time and was polite and helpful throughout. Car was clean and in good order. Very smooth drive from Manchester to Heathrow Airport allowing me to get some sleep. Very efficient booking service providing service. Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

We used [company for transport from Heathrow Airport to and from our hotel in Birmingham. They were timely early actually polite, and had clean cars and followed covid protocols. I received a text that allowed me to track the driver and Match the license plate to make sure I got in the right car. I have been using Heathrow Taxi Transfers for years and have found them to be extremely reliable. There were times when the pick up at the airport were slightly late but they will call and say that they were on their way. My appreciation for them went up 10 time with this latest booking. Authentic and fast airport trasfer
The driver arrived 20 min before the supposed pick-up time, but he just messaged me to inform me of his location and waited for me to go down at the correct time. He then drove through the all London fast but respecting all the speed limits and we reached Heathrow Airport in around 53 min. He was wearing a mask and the car was need and clean.
