Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Thank you for the great service, driver was on time, waiting at our hotel lobby as stated with my name on a board for reference. Very pleasant driver with an Mercedes van, drove us back home in no time. The booking experience is quite easy, the fact you have live chat support makes it even better, not always wanting to make a phone call at 2 in the morning. We received all the required information by email and text prior to travel, great customer support and would definitely use them again without second thoughts when in need of a transport option between London and the airport.

Excellent service, I used Heathrow Taxi Transfers cars to get to Heathrow airport. We received a message in advance about who our driver was and his number if we needed to reach him. The driver came in time to get our suitcases in the car and ready to leave by the time we requested. He helped us load and unload our suitcases and put them in the trolleys for us. Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Traffic on a friday afternoon was awful as expected but our driver was careful and took ALL the stress out of the trip.
