I received a text that allowed me to track the driver and Match the license plate to make sure I got in the right car. Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London. Used this service for picking up my sister and her boyfriend from the [Heathrow airport]. Lily messaged me a few hours before letting me know he’ll be picking them up. Due to brexit, Covid etc it took longer than expected for them to go through passport control. Dahir was super patient waiting for them ensuring me he was not going to leave even though it was passed the time of pickup. Excellent experience for my family of 5 traveling from Heathrow Airport to Manchester! The Heathrow Taxi Transfers was very professional especially as I was organizing from the Canada. The car arrived on time to meet our flight it was a private van there was plenty of room for our 6 suitcases after a long flight and time change this was an excellent way to travel. We were so happy we made a third booking from London to Heathrow Airport for our flight out, on both trips we were sent driver and car info the day before and GPS tracking as the driver was heading to pickup location. Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.
