I was impressed with Heathrow Taxi Transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers having been disappointed in the past with other online companies but found Heathrow Taxi Transfers to be really reliable. This was a transfer from a rural location post wedding and they found the location with ease, sent me all details of the driver in good time and the driver was professional and patient with us party people! I rated 5 star.

Vehicle was in pristine condition, couldn't have wished for a smoother journey. Brilliant sevice providing by this Heathrow Taxi Transfers. The drivers were on time and were very friendly. Our return driver was great dropping us off at London Waterloo in time to catch our train home after a 3 hour flight. A very reliable service and reasonably priced. Excellent experience for my family of 5 traveling from Heathrow Airport to Manchester! The Heathrow Taxi Transfers was very professional especially as I was organizing from the Canada. The car arrived on time to meet our flight it was a private van there was plenty of room for our 6 suitcases after a long flight and time change this was an excellent way to travel. We were so happy we made a third booking from London to Heathrow Airport for our flight out, on both trips we were sent driver and car info the day before and GPS tracking as the driver was heading to pickup location. Good cab service!
Used this service for picking up my sister and her boyfriend from the [Heathrow airport]. Lily messaged me a few hours before letting me know he’ll be picking them up. Due to brexit, Covid etc it took longer than expected for them to go through passport control. Dahir was super patient waiting for them ensuring me he was not going to leave even though it was passed the time of pickup. Would definitely use this service again this Heathrow Taxi Transfers and same driver if I could! My sister said he was super nice, telling them about different places in North London they should visit which I had to take them to.

Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Traffic on a friday afternoon was awful as expected but our driver was careful and took ALL the stress out of the trip.
