Used this service for picking up my sister and her boyfriend from the [Heathrow airport]. Lily messaged me a few hours before letting me know he’ll be picking them up. Due to brexit, Covid etc it took longer than expected for them to go through passport control. Dahir was super patient waiting for them ensuring me he was not going to leave even though it was passed the time of pickup. Would definitely use this service again this Heathrow Taxi Transfers and same driver if I could! My sister said he was super nice, telling them about different places in North London they should visit which I had to take them to.

We used [company for transport from Heathrow Airport to and from our hotel in Birmingham. They were timely early actually polite, and had clean cars and followed covid protocols. I received a text that allowed me to track the driver and Match the license plate to make sure I got in the right car. Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Traffic on a friday afternoon was awful as expected but our driver was careful and took ALL the stress out of the trip. Great communication and luxury service
Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London. Brilliant sevice providing by this Heathrow Taxi Transfers. The drivers were on time and were very friendly. Our return driver was great dropping us off at London Waterloo in time to catch our train home after a 3 hour flight. A very reliable service and reasonably priced. I have been using Heathrow Taxi Transfers for years and have found them to be extremely reliable. There were times when the pick up at the airport were slightly late but they will call and say that they were on their way. My appreciation for them went up 10 time with this latest booking. I booked a saloon car for my daughter from Central London to Heathrow Airport for a morning flight. My son overslept and the driver had actually waited for more than 2 hour for him. Authentic and fast airport trasfer
The driver arrived 20 min before the supposed pick-up time, but he just messaged me to inform me of his location and waited for me to go down at the correct time. He then drove through the all London fast but respecting all the speed limits and we reached Heathrow Airport in around 53 min. He was wearing a mask and the car was need and clean. Thank you for the great service, driver was on time, waiting at our hotel lobby as stated with my name on a board for reference. Very pleasant driver with an Mercedes van, drove us back home in no time. The booking experience is quite easy, the fact you have live chat support makes it even better, not always wanting to make a phone call at 2 in the morning. We received all the required information by email and text prior to travel, great customer support and would definitely use them again without second thoughts when in need of a transport option between London and the airport.
