Excellent service, I used Heathrow Taxi Transfers cars to get to Heathrow airport. We received a message in advance about who our driver was and his number if we needed to reach him. The driver came in time to get our suitcases in the car and ready to leave by the time we requested. He helped us load and unload our suitcases and put them in the trolleys for us. Used for the first time yesterday to arrange outward and return journeys with Heathrow Taxi Transfers of Derby. Very easy to book and pay. Both journeys were in clean, comfortable vehicles and drivers were courteous. My son is tall and the driver immediately adjusted the seat to give him leg room. I was impressed with Heathrow Taxi Transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers having been disappointed in the past with other online companies but found Heathrow Taxi Transfers to be really reliable. Authentic and fast airport trasfer
The driver arrived 20 min before the supposed pick-up time, but he just messaged me to inform me of his location and waited for me to go down at the correct time. He then drove through the all London fast but respecting all the speed limits and we reached Heathrow Airport in around 53 min. He was wearing a mask and the car was need and clean. I am satisfied with this Heathrow Taxi Transfers service!
