Good cab service!
Used this service for picking up my sister and her boyfriend from the [Heathrow airport]. Lily messaged me a few hours before letting me know he’ll be picking them up. Due to brexit, Covid etc it took longer than expected for them to go through passport control. Dahir was super patient waiting for them ensuring me he was not going to leave even though it was passed the time of pickup. Would definitely use this service again this Heathrow Taxi Transfers and same driver if I could! My sister said he was super nice, telling them about different places in North London they should visit which I had to take them to.

Heathrow Taxi Transfers was recommended by a friend, as I had to get from Vauxhall to Bournemouth, with heavy luggage. It turned out to be the best recommendation. The driver was in contact with me from the time I left the Eurostar platform. As it was raining, he decided to pick me up from right outside the busy entrance rather than meet at the agreed location which was a few minutes' walk. When I got into the vehicle, I asked him if I could lay down in the back seat. He whipped out an air pillow and immediately blew it for me! How can you beat thoughtful service like that! The 5-star ratings are well earned.

Excellent service, I used Heathrow Taxi Transfers cars to get to Heathrow airport. We received a message in advance about who our driver was and his number if we needed to reach him. The driver came in time to get our suitcases in the car and ready to leave by the time we requested. He helped us load and unload our suitcases and put them in the trolleys for us. He was very friendly and chatty, extremely polite, would definitely recommend this [ccompany]!

Excellent service. Dead on time, very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. Tunbridge Wells to Cornhill and back ! Had an excellent experience with Heathrow Taxi Transfers. Booked about 7 days in advance and were greeted on time by our driver at the Heathrow Airport. Escorted to the luxury car which made for a very comfortable trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful, happy to answer questions and give us tips for our visit to London. Thank you for the great service, driver was on time, waiting at our hotel lobby as stated with my name on a board for reference. Very pleasant driver with an Mercedes van, drove us back home in no time. The booking experience is quite easy, the fact you have live chat support makes it even better, not always wanting to make a phone call at 2 in the morning. We received all the required information by email and text prior to travel, great customer support and would definitely use them again without second thoughts when in need of a transport option between London and the airport.

I had not used this Heathrow Taxi Transfers before but they seemed to have a good rating and were much better value than the comparative quotes. I was slightly cautious but I have to say they lived up to all the reviews. My driver was twenty minutes late but the office kept me informed and I had booked in good time so it did not impact my journey.
